#Rehabilitation
1. Classify disability, functioning, and contextual factors using the WHO International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and apply person-first communication across case scenarios.
Lernziele:
1. Categorize impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions for case vignettes using ICF components and qualifiers.
2. Map environmental facilitators and barriers to appropriate ICF environmental factor codes with justification.
3. Differentiate congenital, acquired, and progressive conditions by etiology, course, and implications for rehabilitation.
4. Apply person-first or identity-first language appropriately in written and oral case summaries.
5. Explain how cultural, social, and technological contexts influence functioning and participation within the ICF model.
2. Conduct standardized, client-centered functional assessments using WHODAS 2.0, FIM/Barthel Index, COPM, and basic goniometry to determine rehabilitation needs and priorities.
Lernziele:
1. Administer and score WHODAS 2.0 or FIM/Barthel according to protocol, interpreting domain scores to profile functioning.
2. Measure joint range of motion with a goniometer and record results using accepted notation.
3. Survey home, school, or workplace environments with a structured checklist to identify accessibility barriers and supports.
4. Elicit and prioritize client goals using the COPM and formulate SMART objectives based on findings.
5. Document baseline status in clear SOAP notes, integrating standardized scores and qualitative observations.
