Character building course for KG1 students in an American STEM international school focusing on: cooperation for kg students, accepting differences and we are all human for KG students, teamwork for KG students, school rules and classroom rules for KG students, my hobbies for kg students, respect the elders for KG students, good touch and bad touch for KG students, my personal space for KG students, Good communication and bad communication for KG students, i love my house i love my school and i keep them clean for KG students. I need at least 10 learning targets each one with at least 5 performance criteria on application, analysis, evaluation and creation levels.

1. Implement classroom and school rules using visual schedules, rule cards, hand signals, and a class jobs chart to maintain a safe, orderly learning environment.
Learning Targets:
1. Apply the picture schedule to line up, wash hands, and sit on the carpet within 1 minute when prompted.
2. Analyze photos of hallway, playground, and classroom to match each place with the correct rule card (walking feet, quiet voice, take turns).
3. Evaluate scenario cards by choosing the rule-following behavior and saying, "I choose ___ because ___."
4. Create a class rules poster with three icon rules agreed by the class.
5. Perform an assigned class job (line leader, light monitor, materials helper) once per day for five school days following the job chart.
Modules
2. Apply cooperative play strategies using a turn-taking timer, a talking stick, and simple team roles to complete shared tasks with peers.
Learning Targets:
1. Apply the turn-taking timer to share one toy or station for at least two turns without adult help.
2. Analyze picture sequences of group play to identify who is sharing, waiting, and helping.
3. Evaluate two choices in a toy conflict and select the cooperative option while using the talking stick to speak in turn.
4. Create a simple team plan by assigning roles (builder, finder, cleaner) before a 10-minute block task.
5. Complete the team plan and tidy the area within the set time, then give peer praise with a high-five or kind words.
