1. Identify and assess workplace hazards in agricultural/industrial settings using standardized checklists and a site risk matrix.
Objectifs d'apprentissage:
1. List common hazard categories (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, electrical, fire).
2. Conduct a basic hazard inspection using a standardized checklist in a workshop or field scenario.
3. Classify risks by likelihood and severity using the site risk matrix and propose immediate controls following the Hierarchy of Controls.

1. Identify hazards in fields, workshops, and packaging areas.
2. Use a simple risk matrix to prioritize controls.
3. Recommend basic control measures (elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE).
2. Select, fit, use, and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and apply safe ergonomic and housekeeping behaviors.
Objectifs d'apprentissage:
1. Choose PPE appropriate to the task and machine using PPE selection charts and SDS guidance where applicable.
2. Don, adjust, maintain, and store PPE correctly per manufacturer instructions; replace defective items.
3. Apply ergonomic techniques and 5S housekeeping practices to prevent strains and slips, trips, and falls.
